When my husband and I started a family, I became a SAHM. Yoga and fitness became a big part of my physical health and mental wellbeing. Through yoga and group fitness, I found community and connection. My personal passion soon became my profession.
I recently returned to my roots in SaaS as an Account Executive for Club Automation in the Pacific Northwest.
Currently, I teach Barre Fusions at GOLD’S GYM in Camas, WA and West Coast Fitness in Portland, OR. I am passionate about creating empowering, uplifting movement experiences for all levels and abilities.
Certifications: CorePower Yoga, Barre Above, Balletone, Postnatal Yoga, Baby & Me Yoga, Toddler Yoga, Imagination Yoga, Karma Kids Yoga and Embody Love Movement. I have also completed Continued Education Courses in Chair Yoga and Active Aging.
