The Art of Fusing Formats Workshop
The Art of Fusing Formats is a nationally accredited, 7-hour continuing education workshop designed to help group fitness instructors simplify class planning, create balanced total-body workouts, and confidently blend multiple training styles.
This in-person course combines lecture, guided practice, collaborative planning, and a live master class to introduce a repeatable framework for class design. You’ll learn how to organize movement intentionally, streamline your planning process, and adapt your classes to different formats, participants, and teaching environments.
Participants leave with a completed class plan, practical planning tools, and a flexible system they can put into practice immediately.

You can use your own choreography, my choreo library, content you subscribe to, or material you’ve discovered on social media. This course will provide tools and templates to organize, plan, and deliver fusion style classes.
