  • No. It’s a flexible class-planning framework—not a scripted format. You can use your own choreography, material you subscribe to, content from social media, or any combination that fits your style.

The course includes 6-month access to my growing choreo library (currently 4 full classes, with more on the way). The framework gives you structure without limiting your creativity—helping you mix and match with a repeatable system that makes it easy to build balanced, full-body workouts.

  • This course is for group fitness instructors who design and teach their own classes—whether in a gym, studio, YMCA, JCC, community center, corporate setting, online, or an unconventional space like a school, church, or bar.

You’ll learn a flexible framework you can adapt to your audience, style, and space.

It’s also a great fit for personal trainers expanding into small group training, as well as PE teachers, coaches, and fitness educators bringing movement into schools or nontraditional environments.

  • Anything you want!

You might teach Functional Fitness, Barre Fusions, Boxing + Pilates, Cardio Yoga, Dance Fitness Fusions, Senior Fitness, Kids Fitness, Small Group Training—or any group fitness class you can dream up.
