Location: Sherwood Regional Family YMCA
Description
The Art of Class Design is a continuing education course for group fitness professionals who want a practical system for designing balanced, creative classes.
Whether you choreograph to music or teach from an outline, the Fusion Framework helps you organize your ideas and plan efficiently and effectively.
This isn’t a branded format or prescribed choreography. You choose the moves. The framework guides the process to build balanced, total-body workouts.
We take a Master Class, break it down and collaborate to create a class together. You’ll leave with a planning system you can use for years to come, with the flexibility to develop and monetize your own content.
