Cardio Series

Center Floor; Away from Barre

A Cardio Series works the whole body. It could be a Standing Series with a cardio “burst”, or it could be nonstop cardio such as: a HIIT interval, Boxing, Kickboxing, Dance or any other cardio-based format. 

Cardio Bursts usually include options for speed, range of motion and/ or plyometrics. When planning a cardio burst, it’s important to give participants options for regressions and progressions.
