Master Series

The Master Series are the 33 building blocks of class design.

Each Series is a cluster of exercises that share the same muscle focus, orientation, and movement pattern. You can isolate one Series for targeted work or combine multiple Series for more integrated training.

In The Art of Fusing Formats workshop, you’ll learn how to select, layer, and sequence these Series to create your own fitness fusion classes.
