Bridge Series

Supine (on back)

Bridge is the primary Mat Glutes Series in a both a barre and yoga class, and targets several muscles in the lower body including Gluteal Muscles, Hips, Hamstrings and Thighs.

Bridge can be done with or without the inclusion of upper body and / or props. This series also combines well with Core, Hip Dips, Hip Swings, Single-Legged Bridge, Figure 4 Bridge and Leg Extensions, just to name a few.
