Side Plank Series

The Side Plank Series targets the obliques, abductors, and quadratus lumborum (QL), key stabilizers for side-body strength and spinal support.

It can stand alone or be part of a Plank, Tabletop, Side Lying, Clamshell, or Hover Series.

Framework Tip

Side Plank builds lateral stability and spinal support. Keep it accessible with knee-down or block-supported options, or increase challenge by elevating the top leg or adding arm movement.
