Supine Core Series

Orientation: Lying on back

The Supine Core Series targets the rectus abdominis, obliques, and transverse abdominis through controlled floor work.

Examples include Crunches, Figure 4 Crunches, Dead Bug, Bicycles, Toe Taps, and Low Ab Holds. Supine Core can be paired with Upper Body for efficiency and pairs well with the Bridge Series.
