(both knees, lunge or side lunge) 

The Kneeling Core Series trains the abs, obliques, and spinal stabilizers through upright moves in all planes of motion: sagittal, frontal, and transverse.

Examples include twists, lean-backs, side bends, and oblique work from kneeling or side lunge positions.

Framework Tip

Pairs well with other kneeling series for total-core integration.
