Center Floor; Side Facing Barre
The Hip Series includes hip flexion, extension and rotation. Examples: standing hip abductions, pendulum swings, hip swings, hip circles, hip dips, quadruped hip abductions (i.e. Fire Hydrants).
Hips combine well with just about anything: Squats, Lunges, Glutes, Side Thigh, Side Lying, Bridge and Tabletop.
