Group fitness class design requires moving in all planes of motion: sagittal, frontal, and transverse, to ensure balanced functional training and align with ACE and NASM guidelines.
Orientation
Browse exercises by orientation to plan balanced workouts. Filter choreography by standing and mat-based positions for total-body training.
Muscle Focus
Target full body, upper body, core, thighs, side thigh, or glutes & hips for balanced workouts.
Class Sections
The Standing Section builds strength, conditioning, balance, and coordination. The Mat Section is especially effective for strength, stability, mobility, and down regulation.
