This high-energy, music-driven class blends ballet, Pilates, yoga, and functional fitness in a heated 80° room to boost mobility and intensity. Expect pulsing, stretching, and sculpting for full-body strength, balance, and flexibility. Designed for all levels, with modifications and challenges to make it your own.

Hot Power Yoga

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:30pm

Challenge your body and focus your mind in this dynamic, music-driven vinyasa class. Set in a heated 95° room, Hot Power Yoga blends strength, breath, and fluid movement to build heat from the inside out. Expect an energizing, creative flow with options to modify or intensify, making it accessible for all levels. This class will leave you sweaty, strong, and centered.
