Master Series
The Master Series are the 33 building blocks of class design — the “menu” you mix and match to create your own fusion classes.
A Master Series is a cluster of exercises that share the same muscle focus, orientation, and movement pattern.
You can isolate one Series for targeted work or combine multiple Series for more integrated training.
Muscle Focus
Target full body, upper body, core, thighs, side thigh, or glutes & hips for balanced workouts.
Class Sections
The Standing Section builds strength, conditioning, balance, and coordination. The Mat Section is especially effective for strength, stability, mobility, and down regulation.
Props
Weights, bands, balls, blocks, and more add resistance, support, and variety to your workouts.
Theme
Seasonal, music-driven, and mood-based options create inspired, memorable group fitness classes.
Orientation
Browse exercises by orientation to plan balanced workouts. Filter choreography by standing and mat-based positions for total-body training.
Planes of Motion
Group fitness class design requires moving in all planes of motion: sagittal, frontal, and transverse, to ensure balanced functional training and align with ACE and NASM guidelines.
Sagittal Plane
Forward and backward movements build strength, mobility, and alignment.
Frontal Plane
Side-to-side movements improve balance, coordination, and lateral strength.
Transverse Plane
Rotational movements enhance core stability, mobility, and functional strength.
Warm Up
Explore choreographed tracks from the Warm Up Series.\
Cardio Series
The Cardio Series elevates heart rate through dance, boxing, or strength-based drills for full-body conditioning.
Cool Down
The Cool Down supports recovery with stretches, breath work, and integration to leave participants restored.
Seated Upper Body
The Seated Upper Body Series builds strength in the arms and shoulders without requiring standing or lower-body work.
Standing Upper Body
The Standing Upper Body Series pairs upper- and lower-body moves for balanced strength training and variety.
Supine Upper Body
Tabletop or Hover Upper Body
The Tabletop & Hover Upper Body Series strengthens arms, shoulders, and core through mat-based variations.
Kneeling Core
The Kneeling Core Series strengthens the abs and obliques through upright twists, leans, and side bends.
Seated Core
The Seated Core Series targets the abdominals and obliques with upright mat work like Boat Pose, V-Sits, and twists.
Supine Core
The Supine Core Series develops strength and control with floor-based abdominal exercises like crunches, toe taps, and bicycles.
